Holy Comics Robin!
I grew up with superhero films and tv shows. From Antonio Banderas's Zorro to Tobey McGuire's Spider-man to Christian Bale's Batman my love for the hero was allowed to blossom. Yet, it wasn't until I was in the eighth grade when I got my first comic books, *trade paperbacks to my fellow nerd*. They were Scott Snyder's Batman: The Court of Owls and Kyle Higgins's Nightwing: Traps and Trapezes. From then on, I was hooked. The collection has grown over the years, but most importantly, my love for the artform was grown as well. So, when I started writing more, I couldn't help but imagine my stories as film scenes translated onto the page. It was a natural progression to my writing that when I felt more confident in my drawing skills to start working on developing my own comics. And so here we are.
